In Belgium Tabacofina-Vander Elst SA, a Rothman's subsidiary, is market leader. The company operates the leading brand Belga and also controls Jubile SA which operates a number of brands including Richmond and Peter Stuyvesant. Philip Morris's Marlboro is the other major brand in the Belgian cigarette market.
